Note:
Full-day rates are half-day rates x2
Any time exceeding the booked slot will be considered overtime. It's up to the interpreter to accommodate overtime based on availability, as the interpreter might have prior commitments scheduled for the afternoon.
Overtime incurs a 50% surcharge on hourly increments of the prorated rate.
Each assignment comes with a minimum 24-hour cancellation policy, where the client is responsible for the full amount of the service booked (excluding travel expenses) if canceling within 24 hours. For longer or more sophisticated cases, the cancellation policy will be longer and you will be notified before the booking confirmation.
We also provide weekly service or subscription contracts at a discount, please contact us for details.
